Environmental training for SMEs in commerce

Objective

The main goal of this project is to enhance environmental awareness as a key skill by developing a functionally-tested training package. The package will be for use in various environments and for all staff working in retail trade SMEs.

The work of the project will be divided between joint seminars, a survey and development and testing of the package itself. It will be possible to train all levels of staff in retail trade SMEs with this environmental package.

Impact
The impact of the products will vary according to the needs of the partner. For the educational institutions they will constitute a model for training. Companies will benefit from increased possibilities to use environmental knowledge in the training of their staff. The social partners will be able to develop solutions for training poorly qualified staff in all branches of the retail trade. The training package will also be relevant for other subject matters.
