Personal development and organisational growth

Objective

To remain competitive nowadays, organisations need to utilise the full potential of their female and male personnel and maintain an on-going development programme open to all staff to ensure they grow as individuals, increase their occupational capacity and widen their competences. This project is built on the assumption that there is a direct link between personal development and organisational growth.

The partners will develop a training process which can be used in organisations to enhance informal skills through a personal development plan for women and men. It will be presented as a training package for trainers. Companies will work with the partners to analyse needs and to design and test the training.

Impact
The package will enable trainers to deliver a personal development programme which builds up women's and men's self-reliance and develops their analytical and critical abilities as well as their creative potential.
