Objective
This project focuses on problems associated with training and employment. The promoters and their European partners (in the UK and Spain) will target the use of tools to improve understanding of the employment market and how it corresponds to the supply of training. They will exchange research carried out by employment services in various countries and intend to compare and improve their respective methods by observing national guidance systems.
The methodology will analyse existing systems, training needs and job-sharing, with the emphasis on local partners (state education, institutions, local authorities, professional organisations and companies). Existing software will be modified, developed and then distributed as a new operational tool. The project will last two years.
Impact
This project will promote research and methods aimed at gearing training to employment.
