Development and testing of vocational training evaluation and assessment models and tools

Objective

This project is concerned with the development of new expertise in the field of member states' training systems and arrangements, notably with regard to the evaluation and accreditation of vocational competences. It aims to contribute to the definition of a European Union continuing vocational training policy. The participating organisations are particularly interested in the added value that such work will provide when it comes to their own vocational competence evaluation and accreditation activities.

The work will entail a series of trials and the drafting and improvement of innovative proposals.

Impact
The project will give rise to new forms of evaluating and accrediting vocational competences for workers, thus helping them to make the most of their skills and qualifications and become more mobile in the labour market.
