Objective
There is a lack of specialised training for technicians working in the areas of water treatment and renewable energy. This pilot project will develop relevant short training courses/modules in both these areas, together with training models which will serve as support tools.
The basic content of the training modules will be sanitary, legislative, ecological and energy matters. Specific material will cover a range of domestic/industrial solar and wind-powered appliances. The expected results will be a guide book and seven training models for water cleaning.
Impact
The project will promote the development of quality and innovation in vocational training systems and adapt initial vocational training contents and methods regarding the study of environmental and energy issues at European level. The project will also contribute to research and development into new technologies.
