GRASP is developing a multilingual, multimedia stolen property recovery system, for all police officers, insurance companies, art galleries, museums and fine art auction houses throughout the European Union.
An internet based tracking system for stolen and recovered cultural artefacts will allow users such as police and insurance companies to search across different databases for lost, stolen and recovered property. Access to a large number of dissimilar databases will be possible using intelligent search techniques.
