EXPRESSION OF ANTIBODY GENES IN BACTERIA : DEVELOPMENT AND EVALUATION OF RECOMBINANT ANTIBODIES FOR THE DIAGNOSIS OF PLANT PATHOGENS

Objective

The project aims the development of recombinant antibodies for the diagnosis of phytopathogens. For this, use will be made of very recent technology, that is expressing recombinant antibodies, either as soluble proteins in bacteria, either as phage proteins. The templates to make these antibodies are mRNAs/cDNAs from either immunized or non-immunized animals.
