THE DEVELOPMENT OF MODELS FOR UNDERSTANDING AND PREDICTING CONSUMER FOOD CHOICE

Objective



To develop and test scientifically valid model of consumer food choice which have wide applicability across a range of food choice decisions.

A feature of the programme is the testing of methods across different languages and cultures. The aim is to improve the match between food production and consumer choice. The methods will be applied to the understanding of the consumption of milk, dairy produce, meats, fruit and vegetables.
