Objective
Evaluating the biological basis of radiation induced effects on the metabolism, and the dosimetry of incorporated radionuclides, are integral parts of the recommendations for radiation protection guidelines. The derivation of additional fundamental data, and the identification and discussion of topics relevant to the revision of the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) basic recommendations, is continuing.
