Objective

The lack of easy access to independent, high quality information on Biotechnology, and especially on Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs), leads to an increase of the knowledge gap between industry and general public, and has therefore a negative impact on the growth of the biotechnology industry. A new internet-site will provide, by linking existing sites and the addition of printed information in all member states, an overview, which will be easily accessible, also by the distribution of printed information, for industry (SMes) and the general European public.
