Summary:
We have raised a polyclonal antibody recognizing human deoxycytide kinase (dCK) protein. The antibody is highly specific for dCK and has been tested for suitability in different applications. The antibody detects dCK in western blots, immunoprecipitation and in situ immunofluorescence assays. The antibody has been evaluated in a small number of clinical samples and found to be suitable for the estimation of dCK protein levels.
