Deliverables

We have transferred purified anti-Mollerian hormone (AMH) and monoclonal antibodies developed in our laboratory to a commercial firm, Immunotech Coulters, which has commercialised an ELISA for human anti-Mollerian hormone which can be used for the assay of AMH in human serum and other biological fluids. LELISA plates are coated with one monoclonal antibody to AMH, the biological fluid containing AMH is added to the plates, then an second monoclonal antibody, then streptavidin peroxidase. The results are read with a spectrophotometer.
