Exploitable results

It has been modelised the currents of rotation of air in the nozzles by means of simulation of on-line finite elements. The obtained results have been validated with a theoretical model of the Vortex flows generated in the nozzle by means of the experimental analysis in the bank of tests. For the experimental study nozzles model have been built leaving of the principles of analogy. This way it has been able to know the regime of operation of the nozzles and to optimize their main parameters, establishing the starting point for the design of the new spinning groups. The design of the nozzles implies to obtain some aspiration levels and significant liberation of fibers, everything it appropriate for the attainment of the properties wanted in the spun ones.
