Conductive polymers for protection against corrosion

Objective

The goal of this project is to develop coating process of mild steel with conductive polymers to enhance the protection against corrosion. Conductive polymers would act as primers, or as a secondary layer. They would replace conventional coatings which require chemicals generating pollution.
