Objective

This project will develop, for the plastics moulding industry, a totally integrated condition monitoring and expert systems to give advanced warning of breakdowns of machines so that maintenance or other corrective action can be scheduled before the failure occurs. This will achieve improved reliability and availability of plant and machinery.
