Self-propelled tyre scrap processing triturator

Objective

The aim of the project is to overcome demanding problems of the tyre scrap (in addition to other solid and inorganic wastes) in Rubbish damps, mainly: 1. The space problem and the using of wastes as energy sources or recycled raw materials. 2. The investment needed in a recycling plant in relation with the production-rate obtained, if Rubbish damp wants to use wastes as a value good. The technical objective is to develop a self-propelled machine that allows reducing and separating (for recycling or re-using) tyres and various kind of wastes, moving around different Rubbish damps disseminated in a local area. This self-propelled machine avoids great disbursements in permanent machinery, as just one machine is able to work where it is required with a"job-shop" production method.
