Objective
Harsh Limited has the concept of a 3-way discharge system for delivery vehicles to be developed which will incorporate sensing devices allowing weighed discharges and increasing stability of the vehicle. The purpose now is to research the concept in relation to the range of materials. Such a product would need to work with a variety of materials such as loose soil and quarry products through to surface products such as Tarmac. On board weighing equipment is to be developed as part of the sensing circuit. This will control the ultimate safety of the vehicle, as well as providing for the legal requirements for vehicle loading.
