Objective
Energy efficiency improvements to the renovation of a 90 years old apartment block.
Measures include:
- envelope insulation, solar heating for DHW and passive solar sunspace in roof for preheating ventilation air, CHP and EMS, individual energy metering. Project one of 6 presented by "Housing Ecology Network" which will coordinate energy saving aspects of work.
