Objective
The aim is to demonstrate the best way to use natural gas in order to cogenerate heat and eletricity for the needs of Larissa University hospital. Heat is cogenerated with 4 gas engines, each 650 kWe. The innovative aspects lie in the use of gas in Greece. It is expected to use latest design of systems in the construction of the plant for example high efficiency, low NOx emissions, NOx catalysator, superheated water, low noise level, computer control etc.
