Objective
It is proposed to expand the original project "New SOFC Materials and Technology" in 3 different ways and with 3 different partners from the Central and Eastern European Countries. The 3 additional research proposals are in order of priority:
I. "Investigation of Reaction Mechanisms between Perovskites and YSZ Electrolytes in SOFCs", proposed by University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. II. "Production of Ultrafine Powders by Plasma Techniques for Use as SOFC Electrodes", proposed by the Institute of Inorganic Chemistry, Latvian Academy of Sciences, Latvia.
III. "Determination of Thermal Stability of New SOFC Materials by Means of EMF-Measurements", proposed by the Institute of physical Chemistry, Academia Romana, Romania
