Transparent simulation program for electric and hybrid vehicles

Objective

THE PROPOSED COOPERATION WILL IMPROVE THE CAPABILITIES OF THE DRIVE TRAIN SIMULATION PROGRAM IN THE FIELDS OF A.C. MOTORS AND A.C. AS WELL AS D.C. CHOPPERS FOR ELECTRIC AND HYBRID VEHICLES. THIS ENCLOSES INVESTIGATIONS IN THE FOLLOWING POINTS:

- ENERGETIC CHARACTERISTICS OF A.C. MOTORS: TORQUE CHARACTERISTICS, EFFICIENCY AND HEATING IN DIFFERENT VOLTAGE LEVELS
- ENERGETIC CHARACTERISTICS OF D.C. AND A.C. CHOPPERS AT DIFFERENT VOLTAGE LEVELS DRIVE TRAIN SIMULATION MODULES WILL BE BUILT FOR EVERY COMPONENT IN TWO WAYS, BASED ON;
A) MATHEMATICAL ANALYSIS AND PHYSICAL EQUATIONS
B) EXPERIMENTAL TESTS

AS AN ADDITIONAL RESULT, DESIGN CONDITIONS OF A.C. COMPONENTS SUITABLE FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES WILL BE POINTED OUT.

Programme(s)

Multi-annual funding programmes that define the EU’s priorities for research and innovation.

Topic(s)

Calls for proposals are divided into topics. A topic defines a specific subject or area for which applicants can submit proposals. The description of a topic comprises its specific scope and the expected impact of the funded project.

Call for proposal

Procedure for inviting applicants to submit project proposals, with the aim of receiving EU funding.
