Objective
THE OBJECTIVES OF THIS COLLABORATION ARE:
1) EVALUATION OF BIOMASS RESOURCES IN ROMANIA (TYPES, AMOUNTS, AVAILABLE AND ANALYTICAL CHARACTERISTICS, PRODUCTION DISTRIBUTION).
2) TO COLLABORATE WITH CIEMAT AND SOLO IN THE EVALUATION OF THE RESULTS OBTAINED, BOTH IN CIEMAT FLUIDIZED BED BIOMASS COMBUSTION PLANT, AND ELECTRICITY PRODUCTION BY THE STIRLING ENGINE V-160.
3) TO MAKE A STUDY ON THE APPLICABILITY AND POTENTIAL OF THE ELECTRICITY PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY STUDIED IN ROMANIA. THIS WILL BE MADE TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE POSSIBILITIES OF THE TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPED, ACCORDING TO THE RESULTS OBTAINED IN THE PROJECT.
THE MAIN EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS ARE:
-TO IDENTIFY BIOMASS RESOURCES AVAILABLE FOR ENERGY USE TO REDUCE THE FOSSIL FUELS DEPENDANCE OF ROMANIA.
-TO IDENTIFY THE POSSIBILITIES OF APPLICATION IN ROMANIA OF AN EFFICIENT TECHNOLOGY FOR DECENTRALIZED ELECTRICITY PRODUCTION.
