Study of a new process to solve faecal matter treatment in ducks and rabbits farming

Objective

The GRIMAUD Brothers Company owns important ducks and rabbits stock farming, to produce one day old duckling and young rabbits.

Excrements are getting more and more difficult to evacuate and become a real danger for environment.

Therefore, a cheap industrial process has to be set up in order to obtain, from all the excrements (in dry or aqueous phase), a recycling unpolluted product with neither conditionners nor fertilizers.

The aim of this process is to be applied to different levels of stock farming, when we know that no real technical or economical solutions have already been found.

The non polluting water elimination and the development of natural fertilizers contained in faeces, are the main technological problems to be solved.
