Objectif

To help young trainees set up firms. To strengthen the long-term economy in Andalusia.

Target group :
10 young people selected from the 1600 in initial training in public and private schools.

Activities :
Preparatory phase: information days, questionnaire on motivation and ability, presentation of projects. Selection of 20 projects. 300 hours training in simulation and enterprise training centre. 1 million pesetas prize for 10 best projects. Continued support when firms have been set up.

Local partners :
The vocational training services, the Andalusia institute of technology, business peoples' association.

Comments :
The project is collaborating with SOGEA in Sardinia (I).
