Objective
By addressing the perceived barriers to « Investment Readiness », AIRE gives the possibility to improve the potential of SMEs in the digital Content industries to achieve successful access to appropriate sources of investment and risk capital.
The project AIRE will collaborate within four test bed areas of Europe, including London, East Netherlands, Tuscany region of Italy and Attiki region of Greece in order to develop new models of action targeted at both the demand side and supply side of investment, with a view to stimulating higher quality propositions and leading to an increased level of successful investments within this sector.
The results will include an improved number of investment proposals among SMEs; increased number of introductions to investors and potential for portfolios to be retained; a new level of access for SMEs from less favoured regions as well as new transferable models of support and investment readiness actions.
