Objective
One of pillars in the preparatory action ODA is that the solution must give the customer -citizen- a total overview of public knowledge and possibilities within nearly all public services. The objective is to offer the customers several possibilities of communication (the solution may be prepared for the use of Internet-phone, call-centre-solutions).
Therefore, the aim of ODA is to join the best suppliers in their field to make a strong solution of self-service access to public information of all sorts- positively on market conditions as realistic and broad as possible on industrial standards-.
The ODA preparatory action will demonstrate the impacts and consequences of a strong solution of digital case handling both inside and outside the company/community- combined with the right knowledge of rules, legislation etc. at the right time at the right place as structured e-content (the demands for reorganisation of the public sector and administration, new models and price-structure for suppliers of e-content - new opportunities for private consultants of public services and for suppliers of digital products for decentralised collection and exchange of public information and data of citizens and companies).
