FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR A COMBINED HEAT AND POWER PROJECT IN LUXEMBOURG

Objective

To study the feasibility and the reliability of an integrated CHP project.

One or several CHP plants delivering heat and power to district heating and cooling networks. The electricity produced would be fed into the grid. Potential users are administrative buildings, a school complex, hotel, sport centrum, small-scale industries, habitations, etc. Computer based monitoring and control system for load management.
Proposal is limited to the feasibility study.
Innovation: integrated/optimized supply of heat, cold water and electricity.
