Objective
Demonstration of energy savings (oil, gas, district heating, electricity), using energy control by computer, compared with advanced system of handling monthly reports.
Expected savings amount to 15% ; 37,5 TOE/yr.
Special emphasis is laid on the demonstration of the reliability of the central control system and the selection of a cheap, standardised hardware and software using the French "Technical Specifications" from A.F.M.E.
The selected buildings are partly in the city of Copenhagen, partly in other places in Denmark, where Copenhagen owns institutions for children.
Connections between buildings and control room is through telephone lines.
