Objective
European waste policy focuses on the following priorities: Prevention, Recycling and Disposal. According to the legislation producers and owners of waste are obliged to recycle waste or use it thermally (energetically). Against this background there is a great market demand for new and innovative solutions in order to transform the chemical bounded energy (CBE) of waste into valuable products such, for example, as electricity. The process proposed here has been developed to be applied in small and mid size communities and to produce secondary fuel at high quality standards which gives the possibilities to avoid conventional waste incineration plants. The objective of the proposed demonstration project here is to prepare and implement a demonstration plant, which enable small and mid size communities to solve their water problems economical and ecological. The main objective of the process is to produce secondary fuel with high quality standard.
