Objective

The aim of this Accompanying Measures project is to establish a Steering Group that will provide Support for the Programme Managers dealing with large-scale electricity and heat production, CO2 emissions reduction and the co-utilisation of biomass with other fuels. The steering group will be composed of very experienced people from industry, academia and other research providers who have a broad strategic view of interdisciplinary, international and large scale co-operative R&D. The intention is to assist in ensuring that the operational and strategic objectives of the programme are achieved by developing project clusters, providing for effective linkage between projects, and giving pro-active tactical and strategic advice to aid programme planning.
