Objective
The project aims at developing intelligent management and regulation system for CHP pants, with characteristics of artificial intelligence and auto-learning, able to manage a plant of co-generation in a dynamic way in relation to internal and external parameters to the plant such as:-Instantaneous pattern of electricity and heat demand on users' side-characteristics of the pricing system of the country in which the plant is settled -characteristics of plant operation in relationship with maintenance requirements The tool will be expressly conceived to interact with the users through simple and easily available input data but will contain a high level of sophistication inside, and will be able to retrieve autonomously updated information (e.g. through Internet) about prices, tariffs, etc; such a system can possibly integrate techniques of artificial intelligence (e.g. to identify complex operation patterns of the plant through simple operating data), DSS and expert systems.

Funding Scheme
Funding scheme (or “Type of Action”) inside a programme with common features. It specifies: the scope of what is funded; the reimbursement rate; specific evaluation criteria to qualify for funding; and the use of simplified forms of costs like lump sums.
