Objective
Aim of the project is to elaborate a technical and economic document to attract private capital investors (bank pool) for its good profitability. This document will deal about three similar already localised bio-energy integrated projects in China (Shandong Province and Inner Mongolia) and southern Italy (Basilicata) for the production of bio-ethanol from sweet sorghum integrated with CHP and DDGproduction, and its conversion into ETBE. It will preserve the environment by diminishing solid fuels consumption and reducing CO2 production, create jobs indifferent sectors (agriculture, transport, industry), promote EU-China industrial cooperation improving knowledge of European teams in developing new energetic technologies, giving them worldwide opportunities. It will imply different European institutions and be the direct application of former EC financed applied researches on bio-energy leading to the building of ETBE production plants.
