Summary:
The partners have used diverse cloud-resolving models and single-column models to simulate a variety of types of cloud system. The comparisons between these simulations and the observations yield information about the nature of the detailed cloud processes, their large-scale effects on the atmosphere, and improved ways of representing them in the models.
