Objective

On behalf of on INNOVATION demonstration project (DG13; projekt number: IN 1 0424 I SOIL CONCEPT) a mobile mixing machine for organic wastes has been developed. Whilst the works it has been established that the prototype could be used even for IN SITU decontamination tasks. For this proposes technical adaption and improvements regarding the power transmission and the mixing/homogenizing, scraping devices must be done. At the same time specific cultivable soils must be developed to improve growing of microorganisms including the nutrient and oxygen supply. The new developed technology should be able to realise the whole work in one step. The proposers are well experienced SMEs in their own industrial branches, with relationships in most EU Member States. The need for low cost, reliable decontamination technologies is very strong.
