Objective
TELEMAN is a study which aims to discover the requirements and opportunities for the creation of a European wide telematic infrastructure facilitating a teleteaching and training 'package' for management of SMEs. TELEMAN will analyse the cost/benefit of offering a tele-training package and service for SMEs. The study will analyse the tele-training trends and use in industry (focused on SMEs). This will be achieved by surveying some 5,000 European SMEs. A more in-depth analysis will be carried out of 50 'typical' cases.
