Management of health and environmental hazards

Objetivo

The mission of the Centre is to provide leadership, expertise and integration of the activities related to risk assessment from hazard substances in Poland. The main objectives of the Centre are:
a) apply advanced scientific approach and technologies in management of environmental risk,
b) enhance the combined understanding of multiple health and resource factors and their interrelationships, to better inform decisions made to protect ourselves and our environment,
c) become a catalyst for improved environmental decisions through sound risk management,
d) enhance a co-operation with domestic and foreign institutions from EU countries and NAS.
