Objective The main objective of the proposed project is to develop new mathematical tools based on the mathematical statistic, theory of information and fuzzy logic for the evaluation of developing of the regions. The aim. of this evaluation will be multi criterial analysis of changes in the period of last ten years. The concept of "sustainable development" will be focused inside of analysis.
