Speleothem fluid inclusions and past temperatures and palaeorainfall reconstruction - "spinter"

Objective

The study aims the validation and calibration against modern conditions of speleothem fluid inclusion d180 and dD as a new reliable proxy tool for past rainwater composition and air surface temperatures. Past rainwater composition and temperatures will be reconstructed from 250ka old speleothems.
