Support for the Co-ordination Board activities in the scope of the "EC/CIS Agreement for International Collaboration on the Consequences of the Chernobyl Accident"

Objetivo

After nearly 8 years of successful and effective collaboration under the "EC/CIS Agreement for international collaboration on the consequences of the Chernobyl accident" (the Agreement) the task on the Co-ordination Board (CB) has evolved from the definition of the projects an appointment of scientists and co-ordinators to a more evaluation and planning oriented role. These new tasks require an active and supporting role of the structures surrounding the CB (management group and EC/CIS secretariats).The scope of this accompanying measure is to provide financial and logistical support to the above-mentioned structures in order to ensure a successful and effective execution of the tasks of the CB as described in the Agreement.
