SOCIAL MANAGEMENT OF IRRIGATION AND INTEGRATION IN AGRICULTURAL MARKETS, A COMBINED APPOROACH FOR LOCAL DEVELOPMENT IN RURAL LESS-FAVOURED REGIONS. THIS PROJECT PRETENDS TO FIND A COMMON APPROACH TO STUDY IRRIGATION MANAGING AND VEGETABLE MARKETING IN THREE RURAL REGIONS IN ORDER TO DISCOVER THE POTENTIALITIES OF THESE REGIONS AND THEIR ALTERNATIVES OF DEVELOPMENT.
THE LOCAL AGENT IS TO BE THE MAIN OBJECT OF STUDY SPECIALY HIS PLACE IN THE WATER MANAGING STRUCTURE AND IN THE VEGETABLE MARKET AS HIS CAPACITY OF COLLECTIVE ACTION.
AFTER THE LOCAL DIAGNOSTICS, THE COMPARATIVE APPROACH INVOLVING THREE CASE STUDIES WILL GIVE SOME THEORICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL PROPOSITIONS TO FAVORISE THE BETTER INTEGRATION OF RESEARCHS ABOUT IRRIGATION MANAGING AND COMMERCIALIZATION IN RURAL LESS-FAVOURED REGIONS.
