Objective
Our new technology and method will change the traditional orthopaedic shoes operation from a small workshop operation to a more efficient large scale production system, i.e. with a new technical arrangement. The new technique consists of a proposed new standardised fitting system, a new ordering system by Internet, new production machines and factory layout. This will make the distance between producers and orthopaedic workshops less important or not of any importance at all. With the "bonus ortho" system the producer of the orthopaedic shoes can be anywhere and the standard orthopaedic workshop becomes more a fitting and service shop. The system will also help workshops to get more opportunity to get bigger customer groups.
