Obtainment of panels and other wooden and plastic accessoires from recycled paper and cardboards through a semi-dry process

Objective

The aim of the project is to study and to realise a process to transform paper and the discarded paper of the industries into panels, plastic and other material for furniture or other industries. With this project, a no-water recycling system will be made whose output will be some material for the furniture or plastic industries, ready to be used for furnishing with no need for other processing. The project answer to the requirements of a new European set of rules about sustainable growth. These rules concern mainly with defence and reformation of environmental goods: water is one of the most precious and important natural resource. The project reduces the use of wood and plastic for the furniture industry and increases the use of recycled paper. This is an important aspect, indeed all the European countries have a lot of difficulties in the recycle of paper, because recycling is difficult, expensive and needs a lot of water.
