Objective
The main objective of the proposal is to enhance capacity of the IPPLM and to speed up its integration to European Research Area. The objective will be achieved by:
- intensive networking with leading European laboratories,
-creation of the leading training site in the field of plasma physics, pulsed-power technique and their applications,
-organisation of thematic workshops (3), school and training courses for young physicists on modern diagnostic methods and computer modelling,
- mutual study visits of young as well as experienced scientists,
- organisation of international experiments on unique facilities operating at the IPPLM,
-common activity in the field of applications of dense magnetised plasma in medicine (PET diagnostic), material science, defectoscopy etc., organisation of a consortium to prepare and submit project for FP-6.
