Advances in mechanical behaviour, plasticity and damage (EUROMAT 2000 TOPICAL)

Objective

The purpose of the conference is to focus on recent advances in the relationship between microstructures and mechanical properties of materials. The Conference aims at a synergistic effect by addressing important basic and practical aspects of the mechanical behavior and damage of materials, with the objective of linking different approaches. In the frame of the EUROMAT Topical Conferences, a biennial meeting of FEMS, the Federation of European Materials Societies, (every even year), it aims at bringing together experts, scientists and industrials for a specific area of research and technology in the field of materials. EUROMAT 2000 is organized by SF2M, the French member of FEMS, on its financial risks, in Tours, on the 7-9 of November, at the VINCI International Congress Center.
