Objective
The aim of project is to establish a network constituted by all the relevant European materials societies in order to promote and facilitate their communication and cooperation. The non-profit organizations, in particular federations, represent a huge potential of competent specialists which provide sound bottom-up information. The network should become an interface between materials professionals and societies concerning their current practices and their opportunities. Likewise, policy makers - whether industrial managers, academic administrators or European Commission authorities - could benefit communicating with this diverse international community and to discover its directions, priorities and opportunities.
