Objective
The Central Institute for Labour Protection is a leading Polish institute in the field of occupational safety and health. An outstanding TEST-PRO-SAFETY-LIFE Centre operates within the structure of the Institute. It deals with two very important activities : the development of safety techniques in work processes and improvement of personal protective equipment. To contribute to a better integration of Polish research and development with European research, by realizing this project the Centre proposes to intensify, improve and strengthen the Centre's links with its leading European counterparts in the areas of improving safety of products used at work places. This will be achieved by organizing workshops, conferences, research and consultative visits and coordinating comperative tests. All these activities are aimed at developing joint research projects to be submitted to European framework programmes.
