This topic is in relation to the control of the application of the Commission Decision 94/381/EC. The objectives are the improvement of the efficiency of the control by classical microscopy as well as the development and the validation of new methods based on DNA technology (PCR), near-infrared (NIRS) and near-infrared microscopy (NIRM). The expected results are the improvement of the qualitative as well as the quantitative control of feeding stuffs by the availability of new tools (database, Expert System) and methods.
