An important market sector of the future will be the magnetic measurement in automotive, optical and tooling machines. The aims will be the development of a measurement system with higher resolution. The system represents high stable scale preservation with very high coercivity nanopowder. The problem in high scale preservation is the temperature error and with this development work, we will minimize this error. To achieve a new quality level of signal-output, new materials with particle sizes in the nanometer-level have to be developed. This work includes the development of a TMR semiconductor (Tunnel Magnetic Resistive sensor) for high resolution.
