Eurogene

Objective

Genomic and "expressed sequence tag" sequence projects of many organisms, from plant to human, will be completed in the near future. The availability of genome sequences is providing a new approach, called functional genomic, to the systematic search of the biological roles of a high number of genes of which only primary sequences are known.

Fields of science (EuroSciVoc)

CORDIS classifies projects with EuroSciVoc, a multilingual taxonomy of fields of science, through a semi-automatic process based on NLP techniques. See: https://op.europa.eu/en/web/eu-vocabularies/euroscivoc.
