Objective
This conference is a continuation of a successful series of conferences: Guildford, UK, 1992; Aveiro, Portugal, 1994; Nantes, France, 1996; Norwich, UK, 1998. It addresses the distinctive nature of the application of magnetic resonance techniques in food science. The conference aims at presenting the state of the art in the subject and supplying and international forum for discussion and the exchange of ideas. The meeting will cover both applications in research and production.
